The client’s needs involved carrying out a new distribution of the apartment to achieve greater space and maximize the surface area of the apartment, 35m2.

We achieved this by opening the bedroom wall and placing a wooden lattice, in the form of a filter, which managed to provide intimacy and warmth, and at the same time, introduce natural light into the access area. We also exchanged the pieces of the sink and the kitchen so that it could be integrated into the dining room, and thus, we achieved a larger and more open space.
