Drafting of Project

The project responds to the needs of the neighborhood, a space for the creation, production and dissemination of all types of art and culture.

The ground and access floor, of a more public nature, is where the most routes are generated and where the uses that will receive the most visitors are located, such as the cafeteria, the main multipurpose room and the multipurpose classrooms, where all kinds of activities and exhibitions.

The first floor is related to the patio in a more contemplative way, it is where the workshops that require quieter conditions are located. The roofs of the first floor are landscaped to promote a relaxing environment.
