The project responds to the needs of the center. The expansion focuses on the three primary buildings, the four existing classrooms in each building are expanded, a total of 12 classrooms.

The extension uses the same functional scheme, the same materials and construction system as in the existing buildings. It is intended to achieve an extension that is fully integrated into the aesthetics of the College, where exposed concrete and glass predominate
