In a plot marked by a strong unevenness, it is used to place the garage at street level, directing the rest of the rooms to the garden of the plot. The house is organized in two heights, placing the night areas on the top floor, where there is more privacy, and the day areas on the ground floor, totally related to the garden.

The south façade, the one facing the garden, is an open façade, where glass predominates. It is there where the only paved area of the garden is created, a terrace that works as an extension of the interior spaces: the dining room, the living room and the kitchen. In this more controlled area is where the pool is also located, leaving the rest of the plot as a space reserved for vegetation.
