Project drafting and construction management

This is a project to expand the building for the Home for Retirees, the work of the architect Bonet i Castellana, located in the Municipal Park of Salou.

The client’s needs consisted of creating a new multipurpose space integrated into the park and related to the existing building.

The new building is understood as a passable garden roof and transparent facades that are set back on the existing walls to show the exterior.

The plant is resolved as a single space filtered only by the body of the intermediate bathroom that separates the multipurpose room from the office.
